Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  
• During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–4 days.
  

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery time: 4–8 business days (location-based).
  
• Metro cities usually receive orders faster.
  
• Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping above your minimum order value (set your amount).
  
• Standard shipping fee applies to orders below that amount.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery)

• COD available at selected pincodes.
  
• COD orders may take 1–2 days extra for delivery.
  
• Fake COD refusals can lead to COD blocking for future orders.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive:

• Tracking link
  
• Courier partner name
  
• Expected delivery date
  
  via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order is not accepted:

• It will be returned to our warehouse
  
• Reshipping fee may apply for re-delivery

7. Damaged / Missing Items in Delivery

Mandatory requirement:

• Unboxing video without any cuts
  Without this, no claims can be accepted.

8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

If the provided address is incorrect:

• Order may get delayed or returned
  
• Reshipping charges will apply

9. International Shipping

If you offer it:

• International delivery: 7–21 business days
  
• Customs charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility
