Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver premium-quality products, but if something goes wrong, here’s our clear and simple policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Size issue (unused + unworn + all tags intact)
  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Customised / personalised products
  • Items without original packaging & tags
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Return Process

  1. Request a return within 48 hours
  2. Share parcel unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)
  3. Our team will review and approve/reject
  4. Pickup will be arranged (if eligible)

4. Refund Options

You will receive one of the following:

  • Store Credit (fastest option)
  • Exchange (size or product)

Direct monetary refunds are only given if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

5. Conditions for Approval

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • No stains, perfume smell, or damage
  • Packaging must be complete

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After that, cancellation is not guaranteed once the product is shipped

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or stuck:

  • We will coordinate with the courier
  • Refund/store credit is issued only after courier confirmation
