We aim to deliver premium-quality products, but if something goes wrong, here’s our clear and simple policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged item
- Size issue (unused + unworn + all tags intact)
- You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or washed items
- Customised / personalised products
- Items without original packaging & tags
- Clearance or sale items
3. Return Process
- Request a return within 48 hours
- Share parcel unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)
- Our team will review and approve/reject
- Pickup will be arranged (if eligible)
4. Refund Options
You will receive one of the following:
- Store Credit (fastest option)
- Exchange (size or product)
Direct monetary refunds are only given if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
5. Conditions for Approval
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- No stains, perfume smell, or damage
- Packaging must be complete
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- After that, cancellation is not guaranteed once the product is shipped
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or stuck:
- We will coordinate with the courier
- Refund/store credit is issued only after courier confirmation
